  1. When is the Tumbleweed 2007 Worldwide User Conference?
    Conference sessions will be held Monday, May 7, 2007 and Tuesday May 8 in San Diego, California. There will be a welcome reception on Sunday, May 6 starting at 5:30pm. There are optional training sessions the morning of Wednesday, May 9 which end by 12:00noon.

    Updated program and speaker information will be posted on this web site. Please check this site regularly for additional details. If you have specific questions about the conference, email worldsecure@tumbleweed.com.
  3. How can I reserve a hotel room?
    Tumbleweed has negotiated discounted rates at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort for WorldSecure '07 attendees, based on availability. Rooms are $210 per night plus applicable taxes. To reserve a room, call toll free 1-800-815-6397 or for International call, please use 619.424-4000 and indicate you are part of the Tumbleweed WorldSecure conference
  4. How do I reach the site of the conference?
    The Tumbleweed World Secure '07 Conference will be held in at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort (13 miles from the San Diego airport). All air and ground travel arrangements (including transportation from/to the airport) is the responsibility of each attendee. Taxis are readily available at the airport and the average fare to the hotel is approximately USD $32.00. Alternatively, there are two shuttle options from the San Diego airport; SuperShuttle and Cloud 9 Shuttle for a cost of $13.00 each direction.
  5. What is the dress attire during the conference?
    The suggested conference attire is business casual for most activities. Resort casual attire is appropriate for the Sunday evening welcome reception. All conference venues are temperature controlled. We recommend you wear appropriate attire/layers to ensure your comfort during the conference.
  6. Are meals provided as part of the conference?
    Continental breakfast and lunch on May 7 and 8 will be included. There will be an evening reception on May 6 and gala dinner on May 7 which are included. For those attendees participating in the optional training session on May 9, continental breakfast will be included. Special dietary requirements should be indicated when you register. Any meals or snacks taken apart from the sponsored functions outlined in the agenda will be at your own expense.

    The conference fee includes:
    • Full admission to dozens of conference sessions, industry keynotes

  10. What are the check in and check out times at the Loews?
    Check in at the Loews Resort is 3:00pm. Check out is 12:00 noon.

  12. What if I need to cancel my registration?
    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You may send requests by email to tumbleweed@mosaicevents.com or by fax to + 1 415-908-2660. If cancellation is received on or before February 28, 2007, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $100 transaction fee. After February 28, 2007, no refunds will be issued.
